At the Pittsburgh Music Ecosystem Project Town Hall Meeting at Kelly Strayhorn Theater on February 27, we heard from various industry professionals and local musicians about the pros and cons of the local scene. We have a lot to do in Pittsburgh for our music community to thrive and grow!

91.3 WYEP, The City of Pittsburgh Office of Nighttime Economy and Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership spearheaded the Pittsburgh Music Ecosystem Project in October 2017 with the goal to study our music community’s current challenges so that we can turn them into opportunities that will facilitate growth and sustainability.

Easy Street Promotions LLC and Live Music PGH are dedicated to supporting local musicians, venues and music enthusiasts. We plan to do our part to contribute to the evolving local music scene, and will keep you informed about the findings of this project.
